The key feature of this "FULL Monoblock Caliper" is its capless design, developed with no compromise in structure, performance, or durability.

The capless full monoblock body is manufactured using an angle head machining process, which reduces the number of rubber components, minimizes fluid loss, and enables the design of a high-rigidity, lightweight caliper.

Equipped with pad springs to reduce rattle noise, it also features ultra-thin pistons and large-diameter dust boots, meeting the demands of both street and circuit use.

Since the S660 comes standard with solid brake discs, high brake temperatures during spirited driving are unavoidable—even in a lightweight kei car.

To fully leverage the performance of the FULL Monocoque Calipers, a dedicated vented disc was newly developed.

With a disc diameter of 260mm and 17mm thickness, and the adoption of an ideal ventilated design, it greatly improves brake cooling efficiency during sport driving, maintaining stable brake feel over time.

The front brake pads are specifically designed for the FULL Monocoque calipers, using friction materials suitable for both street and circuit use. Dedicated shims are also included.
