Shipping policy

Shipping from Japan

All orders ship from our warehouse in Tokyo, Japan by DHL Express or FedEx with door-to-door tracking. We send the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves Japan.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 10–15 days of ordering, including packing, courier transit and customs clearance. Remote areas and customs inspections can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is shown on every product page when you select your country, and again at checkout.

  • Shipping included (no extra charge): United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Europe, the Middle East, East and Southeast Asia.
  • US $70 per order: Australia, Brazil and Italy.
  • US $100 per order: New Zealand and other Oceania, South and Central America, the Caribbean, South Asia and some other destinations.

Surcharges are charged in your local currency at checkout.

Import duties and taxes

  • United States: the price you see includes import duties and taxes. Nothing is collected when your parcel is delivered.
  • All other countries: prices do not include import duties, VAT or courier handling fees. These are collected by DHL or FedEx before or on delivery, according to your country's rules.

Where we cannot ship

Addresses within Japan (we sell overseas only), PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Africa. If your country does not appear at checkout, message us — we may be able to quote a courier rate.

Items we cannot send

Batteries, oils and fluids, airbags, and fuel tanks or parts with fuel residue. Large or heavy items (over 25 kg or oversized, such as bumpers, bonnets, doors and engines) are not available for international shipping.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. The courier needs a phone number for customs and delivery. Parcels returned to Japan because of an incorrect address or refusal to pay import charges are refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.
