Terms of service

This online store is operated by MEGAGARAGE.GK, Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan ("MEGA-GARAGE", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell new genuine (OEM) parts and inspected used parts for Japanese and other vehicles, shipped from Japan. New parts are sourced through the manufacturers' official parts networks in Japan. Used parts are individually photographed; the photos and description form part of the offer.

2. Fitment

Please confirm the OEM part number against your vehicle before ordering. Japanese-market (JDM) parts can differ from parts sold in other regions. We are happy to help check fitment by chat before you order, but the final fitment decision is yours. Returns for wrong fitment are accepted under our Refund policy.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in your local currency based on your selected country. US prices include import duties and taxes; prices for other countries do not. Shipping costs are shown on the product page and at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is dispatched; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments (major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is no longer available, if we cannot ship to the address, or if we suspect fraud; any payment taken is refunded in full.

5. Shipping, duties and risk

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping policy. Outside the United States, you are the importer of record and are responsible for import duties, taxes and courier fees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; parcels are tracked and insured in transit.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Trademarks

Manufacturer names, logos and part numbers (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, Lexus and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles and parts concerned. MEGA-GARAGE is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for installation costs, labour, consequential loss or vehicle downtime. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled in good faith by chat or email first; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
