We want you to be confident buying parts from Japan. Every item sold by MEGAGARAGE.GK ("MEGA-GARAGE") can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong part?

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  • The part must be returned uninstalled, unused and in the condition it was received, with all included hardware and packaging.
  • You cover the return shipping to Japan. We refund the full item price once the part arrives back with us.

Faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described (our fault)

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos and a short description.
  • We pay the return shipping and send you a prepaid label or instructions.
  • You receive a full refund, including any shipping you paid, or a replacement if you prefer and one is available.

How to start a return

Message us by chat (the bubble at the bottom right of every page) or from the Contact page before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address in Japan and the next steps within 12 hours. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return arrives and is checked. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the credit.

Import duties and taxes

For US addresses, duties and taxes are included in our price and are refunded with the item. For other countries, duties and taxes paid to the courier on delivery are collected by your government; we cannot refund them, but you may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority with our refund confirmation.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, the order may already be packed; please contact us and we will do our best.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Parts that have been installed, modified, painted or damaged after delivery.
  • Electrical parts whose seals have been broken, unless the part is faulty.
