Will I be charged import duties or taxes on delivery?+
No — for US addresses every price already includes import duties and taxes (DDP). The courier will not ask you for anything when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders arrive within 10–15 days of ordering, including packing, DHL / FedEx transit and customs clearance. We send tracking as soon as your order leaves Japan.
Can I return a part?+
Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee. Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund; for a change of mind, you cover the return shipping. If the part is faulty, damaged or not as described (our fault), we pay the return shipping and refund you in full. Message us first so we can give you the return address and a label.
What if the part is faulty or not working?+
Send us your order number, photos and a short description within 30 days. If it is our fault — faulty, damaged in transit or not as described — we cover the return shipping and refund you in full, or send a replacement if you prefer.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before they have been packed and handed to the courier.

Some hazardous, restricted or oversized items may not be available for international shipping. Ask us before ordering if unsure.
